Our Ethos

V Rum is proud to be one of the few UK distilleries to oversee every stage of production, from raw ingredients through to the final spirit, ensuring premium craftsmanship, quality, and provenance in every bottle.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Carl and Nicole Churchill, V Rum is built on their simple belief: that rum should be crafted from scratch, with purpose, care, and authenticity. From the distillery in Hampshire, every detail matters, from sourcing the finest ingredients to our responsible production processes which results in a spirit that reflects the standards of truly great British rum.

V Rum produces four 70cl Rum Expressions: Premium White, Overproof, Spiced and Dark; and three Ready-to-Drink Cans: V Tropical Crush, Spiced Rum & Cola and V Grapefruit Twist.

Crafting Responsibly

At V Spirits Brands, every bottle tells a story of craft and care. As an award-winning distillery, crafting responsible spirts in Hampshire, we set out from the start to make responsible craft part of our identity.

We believe Great British Spirits should not only taste exceptional, but be made properly. That means taking responsibility for how it’s produced, not treating it as an afterthought, but building it into every decision we make.

Our Distillery

At our Hampshire distillery, we focus on running a considered, efficient operation. The site is powered by 100% renewable electricity alongside bio gas, helping to reduce reliance on conventional energy sources without compromising on performance.

We’ve also invested in heat recovery systems that capture and reuse energy created during distillation. Instead of letting that energy go to waste, it’s fed back into future production cycles, improving efficiency and reducing overall demand.

Alongside this, we source UK-refined molasses where possible to keep more of the process closer to home and limit unnecessary transport.

It’s a practical approach to eco-conscious distilling, making better use of what we have, reducing waste where we can, and focusing on continuous improvement rather than big bold claims.
